Our holders are handcrafted from natural oak; grain and tone vary piece to piece, and every air plant is unique — items may differ slightly from photos. Prices include VAT and are shown in EUR (or PLN on the Polish site); shipping costs are shown before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if an error affects your order, you may cancel it at no cost.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe (cards, iDEAL, BLIK, Przelewy24, Klarna). Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud or reseller activity.
We ship across the EU within 1–3 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal, our extended 30-day return policy, and the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life or health.
