Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit etairnity.com or place an order, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

What we collect and why

Browsing. Our website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

Orders. When you buy, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping and billing address and payment details to process the payment and prevent fraud; we receive your name, contact details and shipping address to fulfil your order. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Forms and newsletter. If you contact us or subscribe, we receive the details you submit (handled by Netlify Forms) and use them only to reply or to send the newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.

Legal bases

We process order data to perform our contract with you; form and newsletter data on the basis of your consent; and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers named above (Stripe, Netlify) and with carriers to deliver your order — never for advertising, and we never sell data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — email info@etairnity.com. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
