We ship across the EU within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over €150 (Poland: 500 zł).
As an EU consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to all wooden holders — including sale items. Email info@etairnity.com stating that you withdraw from the purchase, then return the item within 14 days. We refund the full price including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of your notice (we may wait until we receive the item back). You pay the direct cost of the return shipment.
On top of your legal rights, we accept returns of wooden products for up to 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Living air plants are perishable goods and are exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivered in good condition. If your plant arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and email us — we'll send a replacement.
All products carry the EU legal guarantee of conformity: if an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for two years from delivery. In that case return shipping is on us.
Email info@etairnity.com with your order number. Return address: Etairnity, Van Hogendorpstraat 159/2, 1051 BN Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For items over €75 we recommend a tracked service — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Refunds go to your original payment method.
